The lion costume in the film Wizard of Oz was made from real lions.
The costume for the Cowardly Lion in the popular Wizard of Oz film was made from two real lion skins, and it weighed in at over 50 pounds. To ensure the actor didn't suffocate, the lights would be turned off and the soundstage doors opened for fresh air every half hour while he was on set. He claimed it was like "working inside a mattress."

On Valentines' Day, I was at a flower shop.
A little boy walked up to the counter and asked to buy a red rose. Then the little boy opened his own little wallet and paid for it. I heard him say on the way out. 'Hurry before the graveyard closes, grandma waiting'.
His love to passed people gives me hope.

A couple months ago, my little brother came home from his first day in kindergarten. When I asked him about his class, he said "there's a girl in my class, and she's so pretty!" The girl he was talking about is a bald 5 year old with leukemia. His unconditional love GMH.
