I think i have just lost hope in humanity. Being gay, lesbian, bisexual, or any others is a choice you make on who you love. Your mom having more children has no impact on that and therefore this fact is quite stupid. Not every non-straight child has siblings.

Being gay isn't genetic. Babies aren't born with any sexuality. They're babies. It develops.

Derp. Apparently OP doesn't know how genetics works. It's not as if everyone who gets a gene is going to exhibit the traits that come with said gene. That's how recessive genes get passed down, after all.

re-PROGRAMMED, not re-implanted. I have a cochlear implant, and have always been told that if static wipes the processor's memory, it takes about ten minutes to reload the MAPs from the technician's computer. The wait of several days is to get an appointment to do so, as centers for CI's are most often few and far between.
