You can scratch your throat by massaging your ear!

Ever had an itch in your throat that you just couldn't scratch? There's actually a little trick that will get rid of that annoying scratch! If you pull on your earlobe and massage it between your thumb and index finger the itch will go away. As crazy as it sounds, it actually works.

Why does touching your ear impact your throat? Massaging the earlobe will stimulate the nerves in the ear, which will trigger a reflex in the throat. As this reflex occurs, it causes a tiny muscle to spasm in your throat, removing that annoying itch!

The reason for this is that snipers don’t want the blood flow to mess up their fingers when aiming and shooting. While this is a smart method, it can become difficult when in harsh conditions, like extreme heat.

As the body gets hotter, the heart rate also increases. However, there are techniques that snipers use to keep their heart rate under control to get the shots they need. For instance, they breathe steadily, relax, clear their mind, and just think about the task at hand. To learn more, watch this video:

Pink Floyd performed 6 songs and recorded them. There is a film of it, too. Two of the songs were recorded in Paris, actually. The film was going to debut at the London’s Rainbow Theater, but was later cancelled.

It was eventually released in cinemas in September 1972. Its original release ran for one hour and only featured the live footage.
