Sloths have become an incredibly popular figure in popular culture, mainly because the animal's only functions are sleeping and occasionally eating berries before going back to sleep. Sloths eat, sleep, and poop, a life that is the envy of teenagers worldwide.

Fruit bat mothers cry when their baby is taken away


In what might be one of the saddest videos ever, a fruit bat mother cries as it's baby is taken away from her in order to be cleaned. According to the video, the baby’s mother may not accept it once it’s returned home. Yikes…and you thought you had it tough

In the 1960s the USAF brought cats into a weightless environment!


The United States Air Force did a little bit of investigative work in the best way imaginable – they put cats in a weightless environment.

Why? Well, they wanted to see what would happen to a cat’s instinct to land on it's feet if it weren’t falling at all. It looks like the cats are terrified for their lives, but it is absolutely adorable.

Minnesota refuses to give back a Confederate flag to Virginia! Why?


The flag was captured during the third day of the Battle of Gettysburg. The Confederate flag was captured by the 1st Minnesota Volunteer Infantry and was kept as a token of victory, and kept by Private Marshall Sherman.

He turned the flag into his superiors, and it was later displayed by Sherman in a museum and he claimed it as his trophy of war. Virginia has asked time and time again for the flag to be returned, and Minnesota has refused every time.

So many lives were lost during the civil war, and yet, these two states fight over a flag. Watch the video for more information about this particular flag and why it is different than ALL other flags!
