Pitt went to college at the University of Missouri. With only two credits needed to graduate, he decided to drop out and move to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. Before being discovered he took on a number of odd jobs to support himself, such as moving refrigerators and being a chauffeur for strippers.

The strangest of these, however, had to be wearing a giant chicken suit in order to attract customers to 'El Pollo Loco,' a fast-food chicken restaurant.

During a game of 'Win, Lose, or Draw,' Dwayne Carter, Jr. (as he was known back then) was dragged into a dark closet by a 13-year-old girl. The rest is history.

Homosexuality was listed as a mental illness with the American Psychiatric Association (APA) until 1973.

In the past, the studies of gay, lesbian, and bisexual people involved only those in therapy. This biased their conclusions and they ended up listing homosexuality as a mental illness in the APA manual.

In 1973, after doing more research on the subject they removed it from the APA manual. In 1975 the APA officially declared that homosexuality is not a disorder.

In Japan they have vending machines for underwear.

Actually, the vending machines supposedly sell "schoolgirl underwear". Back in 1993, the supposed used underwear sold for as much as US $50. They officially stopped selling these in 1993, but some of these machines apparently still exist.

Other things that can be found in Japanese vending machines: disposable cameras, horoscopes, pantyhose, condoms, and pornography.
