There is a church in Antarctica.

Located on King George Island, Trinity Church is the southernmost Orthodox church in the world! Built of Siberian pine, the worship site was originally constructed in Russia and then transported by a supply ship to its present location near Bellingshausen Station - Russia's permanent Antarctican outpost. The site recently celebrated the continent's first-ever wedding, between a pair of Chilean and Russian researchers!
