You can make Banana ice cream using only a banana!
It's true, if you freeze a banana and put it through a blender or food processor, it takes a very similar shape and consistency as good ice cream.
We tried this at the Spartz Media office and it turned out to taste great and it was very creamy! You just have to pick bananas that are ripe enough so they don't have a bad after taste. Go try it and tell us in the comments how it turns out!
