There is a delusion opposite of paranoia called pronoia.
You might be thinking pronoia is just the absence of paranoia, meaning there is no belief that someone is out to get you. But actually, pronoia is defined as the belief that there is a conspiracy existing to help you.
The most common way this is used is when people claim the government or country is set up to benefit only certain people (which, admittedly, can sometimes have validity). Pronoia is sometimes associated with overconfidence, or simply the state of mind that everything will turn out in favor of the person thinking it.
While paranoia is considered something someone would suffer from, pronoia is considered something that is enjoyed. There has been a link between pronoia and the lifestyle of rave culture and designer drugs because of the euphoria and positive feelings that go along with them.
But pronoia is also considered by some to be characterized by simple thoughts like that an acquaintance is a very close friend, or that politeness indicates an expression of deep attachment. The important thing to note, though, is that both paranoia and pronoia are unrealistic mindsets.
