Colombia has the second happiest population on Earth

This study was conducted by the Happy Planet Index, which is a guide to countries with the highest combined total of human well-being and environmental impact.

Unfortunately, people often get confused by the numbers and rankings produced by the HPI. A flaw in their system is that it doesn’t bring human rights, political freedom, or labor rights into account of a country’s “happiness”. Also, happiness is subjective which makes it hard to measure.
