A rabbi suggested loading Israeli buses with pig fat to deter Muslim suicide bombings!

Rabbi Eliezer Fisher floated police the idea of suspending bags of pig fat on buses to deter Muslim suicide bombers who would want to avoid contact with “unclean meat”. 

Perhaps the most outrageous part of the idea is that authorities have sanctioned the plan to continue! Both Jews and Muslims consider pork to be unclean, and while they hope Muslims will not want to be on the buses, Jews are also under less of a threat it they don’t take public transportation. 

Israeli Deputy of Defense Minister Yaacov Edri said, “If bags of pig lard will prevent zealous Muslim terrorists from carrying out attacks, I’m all for it.”
