The old-timey gangster movie played within the film Home Alone 1 & 2 doesn’t actually exist!

The scene from the movie was created just for Home Alone. The fake film was named “Angels with Filthy Souls.” The idea and dialogue was a collaboration of ideas between executive producers and the director.

Other fun facts about Home Alone: They also made the pizza place a parody of Little Cesar’s Pizza, calling it in the movie Little Nero’s Pizza. The role for Uncle Frank was actually written for Kelsey Grammer and Joe Pesci’s character was named after Orson Welles’s character from the film “The Third Man.”
