The actor who plays "The Most Interesting Man in The World" lives on a boat!

His name is Jonathan Goldsmith and before he played the most interesting man in the world, his life was anything but mundane. 

Born in New York in 1938, Goldsmith has gone on to star in a variety of movies from Westerns with John Wayne to the TV series Dallas. He left home at 17 to attempt to become an actor and starred in 45 different television roles. 

Goldsmith always described himself as an adventurer, and in fact he was always an avid sailor. He currently lives on a sailboat in Marina Del Ray, and says the inspiration for his current Dos Equis character came from his deceased sailing partner, Fernando Lamas.
