Ninety year old Christopher Lee has a heavy metal concept album coming out this summer!

Most people know that Christopher Lee is an English actor. He is famous for his role as Count Dracula in a string of Hammer Horror films. His other notable roles include Francisco Scaramanga in the James Bond film "The Man with the Golden Gun" and Saruman in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy.

However, Christopher also has a less well-known music career. With his classically-trained bass voice, he’s sung on The Wicker Man soundtrack and the closing credits of television shows. Later on his life however, he decided to delve into the heavy metal genre.

In 2010, he released his critically acclaimed album "Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross." Its sequel, "Charlemagne: The Omens of Death," comes out this summer. On his 90th birthday, he also released his first single;" Let Legend Mark me as the King."

Well, his king status is currently pending, but legend does mark him as the oldest heavy metal performer ever and a reminder that age doesn’t have to set a limit on achievement.
