There’s an object so dense and massive in the universe that it is pulling all galaxies towards it!
Astronomers have named the mysterious mass “The Great Attractor” and have known about it for years. It is pulling the Milky Way galaxy towards it at 14 million miles per hour along with thousands of other galaxies!
The Great Attractor is 250 million light years away from our solar system. The Andromeda galaxies, which are 2.2 million light years from the Milky Way galaxy, are speeding toward our galaxy at 200,000 miles per hour.
The Great Attractor is thought to be the reason for the Andromeda galaxies speeding toward the Milky Way.
