Everybody but one resident of this Spanish town won the biggest lottery in Spain

The most famous lottery in Spain, called "El Gordo," has been a staple for the last 200 years. Last year, the residents of the small Spanish town of Sodeto gathered up their money to buy lottery tickets. 

Everybody but one man, that is. Now he's kicking himself, because the town hit it big and won over $950 million! Everybody but him is going home with at least $130,000. The only silver lining behind it is that a neighbor bought a piece of land he'd been trying to sell.
